The position
In the Sales team you will be a Dante6 team member that is open minded, international thinking, has sales and service as a second nature, and is embracing new challenges. As the fashion world is changing daily, we at the Dante6 Head Quarter adapt, react and embrace change with our collections and strategy. We are constantly working on developments that will bring our brand to the next level. To support our growth, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Belgium and the Scandics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great interest in fashion, wants to explore the world, has a strong sales attitude and will convince our agents and partners of our brand's values: "Connect, Create, Evolve and Truth. You have a proven track record in B2B (International) Sales in the fashion Industry. With your commercial power and dedication, you excel in selling the essence of Dante6 to our agents and customer audience and translate their needs into our Head Quarter. You love travelling and will be 4-5 times of the week abroad in different countries to connect to our agents and customers.
Your role
As a Regional Sales Manager you play a key role in the contact to our agents and customers in Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. You will visit Dante6 agents and customers. You establish and build relationships and customer satisfaction and you identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and motivate and train the staff of our B2B customers. You manage and support the agents and are responsible for the development of the countries in your region and filter and translate their needs to our Head Quarter. You will collaborate with your colleagues at HQ to make sure all external and internal information is correctly translated into the brand processes.
Your profile
- Graduated from a bachelor’s degree in fashion/commercial related studies or compatible;
- Commercially driven, persuasive, communicative and loves a good challenge;
- Able to interact with different countries and cultures;
- You can act and organise quickly in a dynamic environment;
- Working independently and you have a high level of responsibility;
- Experience of minimum 5 years in B2B (preferably international) Sales In the fashion Industry;
- Fluent language skills in both Dutch and English;
- An enthusiast for the product and can act as an ambassador for the brand;
- Has strong analytic skills;
- A proactive, creative and energetic approach to work;
- Full-time available and willing to travel at least 75% of the time;
- Flexible, entrepreneurial and hands on mentality;
