The Vernon blouse in black is made of stretch poplin which contains cotton from the Better Cotton Initiative. The blouse has a ruffled collar and puffed sleeves that feature pleating details. The mid-length sleeves end in elastic cuffs to further enhance the effect of puffed sleeves and there is a blind button closure at the front. Layer underneath a sweater and pair with leather pants and casual winter boots.
